Nico continues to be haunted by her affair with Kirby and debates telling Charles the truth in order to save her marriage. Wendy opts to cut back on her hours at the office in order to spend more time at home after she learns her underaged daughter as at a bar. Victory has to avoid Joe, but finds it difficult to do so.

Nico must adjust to her life as a widow and learning that her husband was having an affair with a student makes things harder. Meanwhile, Victory meets Rodrigo, a contractor; and Wendy learns her latest film may be in jeopardy.

Nico squares off with the new CEO and later must deal with Kirby when he wants to make their relationship public. Meanwhile, the romance between Victory and Rodrigo heats up and Wendy's new John Lennon project begins to have an affect on her personal and professional life.

Victory and Rodrigo continue to get closer as he asks her to meet his daughter. However, things do not go as planned. Nico decides she is ready to go out with Kirby in public and takes him to a ritzy charity event. After being fired, Wendy turns her focus to her home life.

Victory dreams that Joe breaks his neck during a blizzard. Worried about the meaning of the dream, she calls Joe only to find out he's preparing to climb the Matterhorn. Nico makes expensive plans for Christmas with Kirby, but he insists on paying his own way. Meanwhile, Wendy worries that she is becoming a needy housewife.

Victory is worried about the opening of her flagship store and also about Dahlia's spending to where the budget is over spent. While Victory deals with the opening and a fashion show, Joe evaluates his relationship with Victory and makes a life-changing decision. Meanwhile, Wendy returns to pitch a new project at Parador Pictures but it's soon squashed by a young VP and puts a damper on her homecoming.Later, Nico happens to run into her dead husband's mistress and baby, but instead of avoiding them she approaches them and the baby Charlie instantly likes her, much to her surprise.

Nico is introduced to Kirby's mother. Victory's latest project calls for input from Joe, who has been avoiding her. Wendy's jealousy is tweaked when Shane signs on with a new manager.

When Wendy feels a sense of betrayal between friends when she walks in on Nico and Griffin having lunch together. After finding out the mess Victory was in after learning Joe was going to purpose to her, they set aside their problems for a moment. The two feel guilt having not told her that Joe had bought a ring and was preparing a weekend getaway for her to take her mind of her disastrous love life. Unfortunately the trip is not as relaxing as they hoped and is more like a catastrophe.

Wendy is at her wits end as she tries to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for her mom, Josie, Sal and the rest of her family. Elsewhere, Nico and Kirby are babysitters for Megan; and Victoria is asked to design a wedding dress in two days by a client.

Nico and Kirby's relationship seems changed after taking care of Charlie. Meanwhile, Victory covets a million-dollar client, and Wendy finds herself upset by her newest project, which a cocky movie producer may threaten anyways.

Wendy and Shane disagree when Shane has the chance to go on tour with Natasha Bedingfield. Victory is mulling over the idea of going nude for an ad campaign. Nico and Griffin bond after receiving fertility treatments.

Victory is planning to propose to Joe; Shane's thoughts of going on tour with Natasha Bedingfield, has Wendy upset; and problems at work have Nico and Griffin bonding.

While Shane is gone, Wendy finds herself struggling to keep Maddie under control. Dahlia lands Nico and appearance on the Today Show to help improve her image. Victory helps find peace between her parents and Joe.
